Tom Fafinski , Business Attorney

Thomas M. Fafinski founded a customer-centric method of legal representation at BenePartum Law Group. Fafinski is passionate about helping real estate investors and business owners design business plans that maximize the benefits of business ownership. He is an acknowledged expert in asset protection, tax efficiency and capitalization.
 
An adjunct instructor of business law and ethics at Dakota County Technical College, Fafinski received his juris doctor, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating thirteenth in his class.

As a Wasie Scholar, he received his undergraduate degree in business administration/financial management from the College of St. Thomas.

Fafinski's peers selected him as a Minnesota Super Lawyer six years in a row, a distinction published in Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Minnesota Law & Politics.
