Kate Simonson, Certified Life Coach
The Sounding Board on May 8th, 2008 will feature networking expert, author, and certified life coach Kate Simonson. Simonson holds a Masters Degree in Adlerian Psychology. She is both an Alderian Certified Life Coach and a Meta-Coach certified by the International Socierty of Neuro-Semantics. Simonson is also currently co-authoring a book entitled “Networking: What Your Mother Didn’t Tell You About Talking to Strangers.”
Her presentation will cast a new light on networking in today’s business world. Networking is critical for the entrepreneur and yet it is often the greatest mystery to most people. Kate brings her vast professional experience in working with major corporations such as Ameriprise, Cargill and GMAC-RFC to Dakota County Technical College for this one night special event.
The Sounding Board is a free event open to DCTC students, alumni and the general public thanks to the generous support of the Dakota County Technical College Foundation and the Coleman and Hughes Foundations. No pre-registration is necessary.
